Hi! Yes, everything listed on the site is available and for sale. Since Foraged items are often one-of-kind, we can run out of stock quickly. We only ship on hand, in stock merchandise. We do not drop ship from third party vendors, because everything on our site has been hand selected. All items are hand picked and packed by us,  in the heart of the Ojai Valley, in California. 





Do you allow animals at Caravan Outpost? [Back to Top]

Yes. We allow dogs up to 40lbs in some trailers for $40 per stay. Please see the infomation listed under each trailer in the BOOK NOW link.





Do you ship internationally? [Back to Top]

 

Hell yeah. We love France! Our company is born and bred in California, but we've spent plenty of our days rolling in places like Shibuya, Paris, Munich, Hounslow...yes, Hounslow. We'll ship to you, wherever you are. If we can't find a way to do it, we'll let you know. 





Is my credit card information secure on your site? [Back to Top]

 

Yes. We go to great lengths to keep your credit card information secure and safe. We implement a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) provided by GeoTrust for data encryption to protect the transmission of information. Techy way of saying that we got your back on any hack.





What are your normal delivery times? [Back to Top]

Orders in all Western, Southwestern and Pacific states will be delivered within 1-3 business Days Orders in the Southeastern, Midwest, Eastern, and Central states will be delivered in 5 Business Days These delivery times are not guaranteed. We do everything we can to get everyone shipped with the spead and service that keep you living free, instead of standing by the mailbox.

All our orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase excluding holidays and weekends.

All rates include shipping, handling, tracking, and insurance.

Currently we only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

What is Caravan Outpost? [Back to Top]

Caravan Outpost is an Adventure Hotel located in Ojai, California. We have 11 Airstream travel trailers of all shapes and sizes for you to rent, just like a hotel room. Book 1 night or book 7. Either way we ware happy to have you.





What is the Caravan Outpost return policy? [Back to Top]

-Stay cool, we don't want any bad vibes on anything you've ever received from us.

-Send your original sales receipt with your return. Without it, we can't be as helpful.

-Just like staying on BLM lands, you have 14 days to get your refund or return together and in our hands. After 14 days, we can't accept your return, and we're pulling out and looking for a new camp site. 

-Items must be new, unused, and it's original undamaged packaging (including all original tags) to be eligible for return. If returning a Foraged item, please keep in 'as-shipped' condition. 

-Items eligibility for return is contingent upon inspection of merchandise by Caravan Outpost staff, we also reserve the right to have Howard sniff any item and offer a wag or a bark.

-Items are not eligible for return after 14 calendar days.

-Special ordered items are not eligible for return.





What is the trailer cancellation policy? [Back to Top]

Cancellation without 24 hour notice, or a non-arrival on your reserved day of check in, will result in the forfeiture of reservation payment and you will be charged for the full reservation amount.





What is your GROUP policy? [Back to Top]

 

WHAT IS CARAVAN OUTPOSTS DEFINITION OF A GROUP?
- Anyone booking 3 or more trailers on the same date range
- Any group where they are commonly gathered, for a party, family outing, reunion, etc.

HOW DO WE BOOK THEM?
- If a single group coordinator calls in to book a block, we will HOLD that block of rooms for 24 hours, with no CC
- During the 24 hour period, each individual trailer renter must call in and provide CC, Email and all other information to finalize booking
- From there we take one night deposit, as in traditional reservation
- If not confirmed within 24 hours of the HOLD, the HOLD releases and all rooms are available on internet for sale
- If a group books off of the IBE, we will add fees at check in

HOW DO WE CHARGE THEM?
- Groups are charged $50.00 per night, GROUP FEE. This fee has been added in the FDA ‘Add-On’ menu. Please note we charge this additional amount for each night, on each trailer
- For parties needing tables, chairs, movie screen, hosting, etc - please refer to either Mellanie or I for further conversation with the group leader. Additional charges will apply, dependent on the particulars of each event

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refundable if cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival
- 50% refundable if cancelled less than 30 days in advance of arrival
- 0% refundable if cancelled less than 7 days in advance of arrival

We fully appreciate all of your business and completely respects your privacy. Under no circumstances will we distribute, sell, loan, or rent any personally identifiable information, regarding its customers to any third party.  All personal information collected during any purchase is strictly used for tracking and corresponding order information with our customers.  Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart.
